Refund Policy
Effective Date: November 1, 2024.
At Red Napkin Hospitality, we understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair to ensure a smooth experience for all our guests.
1. Reservation Cancellation and Refund
Standard Bookings

Full Refund: Cancellations made seven days or more prior to the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before check-in will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's stay, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or no-shows will not be eligible for any refund.

No Refund: Any change made to the actual dates of booking.

2. Early Check-Out

In case a guest checks out before the confirmed departure date, no refund will be issued for the unused nights unless agreed upon at the time of booking or under exceptional circumstances (at management's discretion).

3. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain promotional, discounted, or last-minute bookings may be marked as non-refundable at the time of reservation. No refunds will be processed for such bookings under any circumstances.

We may from time to time make certain personal information available to strategic partners associated with the Company, such as the following:
4. Force Majeure

In the event of cancellations caused by circumstances beyond the guest’s or our control (natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, pandemics, etc.), we will evaluate refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis and may offer a rescheduling option or partial refund at our discretion.

5. Refund Processing Time
The Sites and certain Company email messages may use “cookies” and other technologies such as pixel tags and web beacons. These technologies help us to improve and to deliver better and more personalized service(s) to:
