3. Booking Policy
- All reservations are subject to availability and acceptance by Red Napkin Hospitality.
- A valid government-issued ID must be presented at check-in for all guests.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
- Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment (if required).
4. Check-In and Check-Out

Red Napkin Hospitality reserves the right to evict any guest for violation of these responsibilities, without refund.
7. Smoking and Pets
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking apartments.
- Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the booking confirmation.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Red Napkin Hospitality is not responsible for:
- Loss or damage of personal belongings;
- Any injury or incident occurring due to negligence by the guest;
- External service failures (power, internet, water supply, etc.).
We recommend guests use the safety lockers provided and carry insurance for valuables, where necessary.
9. Privacy
We value your privacy. Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Force Majeure
Red Napkin Hospitality shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic events, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and design elements, are the intellectual property of Red Napkin Hospitality and may not be used without written permission.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
